Great Study Abroad programs?

I want to study abroad in England (preferably London). What are some good (safe!) study abroad programs? I'm in high school.

I did an exchange with the Rotary clubs.  They are very safe and give lots of support along the way.  Give their website a look.

got my master from the States. The good, well, originally, my motive back than, "to experience different kind of life.", that's the 'good' for me. besides, study always have time limit. if u lose the chance when u r young, u won't have the chance after u miss it, and u will miss it forever. Hardly have someone to continue study after 30s, right?
