im sorry but i would have to disagree on that because all people are different and how do we know that you are telling the truth because thats wrong

yeh i disagree because everyones different...some people aged ie. 13 could be really mature for their age where as a 17yo person could still be immature and act like a 10 year old

Each child is different even within the same family. They all develop at their own rate.
