  1. if you really want to lose your weight.don't worry.exercise daily with some hard workouts and drink fresh juices.for more info visit the below website.

  2. How about not eating cake at all? It makes you crave those kinds of foods. I don't know how you lost the weight, but my clients know how to handle cravings. My program is a lifestyle change to last for a lifetime. You can make a piece of cinnamon toast with whole wheat bread, artificial butter and splenda. Cinnamon is a natural appetite suppressant.

  3. Get a pair of clothing in two sizes down from your size, that way the only way you can wear them is if you loose weight.

Also when your going shopping force yourself to buy heathy food.

When your at home there will be no bits of junk food around, so you will just have to eat whats there.

  4. Drink a big glass of water before you eat the cake.

Do you have milk with the cake? If so, put some bene-fiber in the milk to bulk it up.  If you can fill up your stomach, that second piece won't look so appetizing.

Edit: Sugar Free doesn't do you any good if they replaced the sugar with fat.

  5. will power.

    try diet cakes/pies/cookies... sugar free.

get you a good sugar free dessert cook book and make them from that.

cut out the bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, etc...  You may have a carbohydrate intollerance.

I do.  I have to follow a High Protein diet so that I can lose weight.
