  1. look on eby i have heard of it but never seen it but i think people should recyecle

  2. I have a friend with one, but she says they can only be used for kindling and not as a main fuel, so i'm not sure it's worth it.  I hope i'm wrong.

  3. Look on E-bay And search it, it should come up. Ive heard of them but never seen one

  4. I think I may have seen something like that to a long time ago. Since you are looking for green ideas-does burning paper qualify? The paper could be recycled and though wood may otherwise be used wouldn't the natural wood be less likely to add pollutants into the air? Or even better wouldn't artificial logs and burning natural gas be even better-saving trees and reducing pollution?

  5. Here is an advertisement

I am not sure whether it is more friendly to the environment to recycle the paper into more paper or into fuel.  But if you do not have recycling facilities then this use for old newspapers seems good to me.

  6. I read a really good book on composting and it suggests that you put paper in your compost bin.The book was called Easy Composting. By Jeff Ball and Robert Kourik.

  7. Compressed newspaper and cardboard burns extremely hot!  It used to be common to roll newspaper and cardboard to make "logs"

  8. I bought one cos I was really hard up. Sounded like a good idea but frankly it was an absolutely useless contraption.

I ended up going to my local timber merchants and filling up my old jalopy with some of their unwanted off-cuts for £1.

  9. You breath out carbon dioxide all day long!!! Isn't CO2 the whole problem?  I suggest that the best green thing you can do is to stop breathing...Oh yeah, STOP FARTING TOO!!!!

  10. I have heard of this too, I think i saw about it in a local "new age" magazine called Connect, a couple of years ago. sorry I cant be more help.
