Green onion kimchi recipe?

Anyone have a good personally tested recipe? : D

No. We used to try to make kimchi (I was married to a Korean.) It was hit or miss. The reason is that kimchi, like many foods, is simply better if done in large quantity. You can do it, but you almost certainly will have an uneven record of good kimchi. We concluded that for kimchi the best idea was to find a shop that offered a good kimchi that you like and just buy it there.

I have to agree completely with Gene H; I've tried making it at home many times and it never comes out right.  It's better to buy it.
