I'm hearing green tea is a great way to boost the metabolism.
I'm trying to loose weight and I have all diffrent types of green tea
" Camomeile green tea, peppermint green tea, "
Which one is better to boost metabolism, and lets say it help loose the weight.
When is the best time to drink green tea if I only wish to drink it once a day.
(Morning before I work out, or after, or during lunch, or after/ before dinner, / or 7:00pm, before bed? When?)
