I'm hearing green tea is a great way to boost the metabolism.

I'm trying to loose weight and I have all diffrent types of green tea

" Camomeile green tea, peppermint green tea, "

Which one is better to boost metabolism, and lets say it help loose the weight.

When is the best time to drink green tea if I only wish to drink it once a day.

(Morning before I work out, or after, or during lunch, or after/ before dinner, / or 7:00pm, before bed? When?)

  1. drinnk it when you feel like it. Green tea alone will not elevate your metabolism greatly..try green tea extract tablets..because youd have to drink at least 10 green tea a day for any actual slight effect
