how does a boy grind on a girl when you dance?

When you grind you want to position your feet a little more than shoulder-width apart.  Then you want to position yourself right behind the girl and you want to roll your hips.  Picture a cross in your head and then connect the dots with your hips.  You push your hips forward a little, then to the right a little, then back, and then toward the front again.  After that it's just your imagination.

A boy doesn't grind on a girl. A girl grinds on a boy. But the best way to dance that is to follow the girls lead. When grinding a girl is in control.
