I went to Barcelona 2 years ago and visited the most amazing bar just off Las Ramblas towards the Port Area. It's like being inside a big tree if I remember correctly, themed like a little enchated forrest. I'm visiting again in one weekk and would love to know the name before I go - does anybody know the bar I'm thinking of?

  1. Yes, the second poster is right - but I just thought  give you a little more info, as it's sometimes really easy to miss. el bosque de las hadas in spanish (the forest of the fairies) is right next to the wax museum, and has several wax works inside. It's also recently been extended, so you might be in for a surprise  - the new part is more modern, though, no trees and bridges and the like I'm afraid.

Accesis from a small passageway at the bottom end of las ramblas through a gate. As you're walking down towards the port, it's on your left - above the gate it says "Museu de cera" which means wax museum. Take that little street and it's hidden in there. Cool place, glad you found it, as it's easy to miss.

  2. Ha ha snap!!! If you are thinking of the same one i go to everytime i visit then the name of it is

    El Bosc de les Fades

And it is located at the bottom of Las Ramblas - Pasaje de la Banca.

    Have a great time!!!
