Group emails not going through?

Question

Email sent to the group email address is not going through. I've confirmed with several group members and all our attempts to send a message to the group just disappear -- they don't appear in recent activity and we don't receive any error response email.

How do I get the Powers-That-Be to look into this?

If you're not getting these emails, there could be a lag in the system and it's probably delayed.

to get in contact with the powers-that-be, you'd have to use one of their help forms to contact them, them being CSR's.
