Grow taller any tips?

this kid is 13 and just under 4'8" and was told she has 2 more years to grow. Are there any tips to aiding the growth process other than the injections? she just wants to make it to 5 and it breaks your heart to feel her pain when there is nothing you can do.

Lose the caffeine and get plenty of all required nutrition...veggies, fruits, etc.

I didn't break 5' until I was about 15, so I don't think she should stress. I was always short, just a late bloomer. I grew 5" from the time i turned 15 to when I turned 17. Doctors never really can give a definitive answer as to when someone will stop growing, or how much they will grow. I guess if she's worried, just tell her to make sure to stay on top of nutrition and to stay loaded with a lot of natural calcium. Also, tell her to make sure to get lots of sleep. You can do a lot of growing at night!
