Grrr its really annoying me?

well .. i ordered some ugg boots from a website and put in all my credit card details etc .. and then it said congratulations you have made your purchase bla bla.. you will shortly be sent a conformation email conforming your payment has gone through. i bought them online 2 days ago and i still havent recieved the email.

normally you getit withni about 10 seconds!

i've emailed the head office people to say can u resend it..because i dont like the idea that my card details have been taken, and money taken off it, but no product been bought!!

do you think that have been bought and the email is just slow?

You need to keep emailing them until you get a response.It could be that their email is slow,because of the holidays,but it has been  2 days you should have heard something from them by now. Give it another day and if you still haven't heard anything,email them and tell them your disappointed and may consider cancelling your order if you still can. Also if they have a customer service number you should consider calling it. I 've had this happen to me before it took about 5 days before i recieved the email.
