Guitar bending problem?

Question

Ok, when I bend just about any string on the 17th fret, I can't get a full bend, I can only get either half a bend, or 1 and a half.

I need help fixing this.

it could be because your action is too low or the truss bar needs to be adjusted. bring your guitar to a place where they fix 'em and get them to check it out.

Try bending and using the whamy bar!
