Guitar chords question?

I know like things like (C#) stands for C-Sharp and (Bm) is like B-Minor but what does the b in like (Eb) stand for or (C7Sus4)?

Eb means E-flat.

C7 suspended 4  (you have to look at a chord chart for that one. I'm not sure how to explain it.  It's a C7 chord with a finger suspended on another note.  It makes more sense when you look at the tabs for it)
