Guitar or Guitar Hero?

Question

I'm thinking of getting a guitar for myself, but my mum has said that if I do get it then I won't be able to get Guitar Hero World Tour when it comes out in October. Knowing me, I'll obsess over it when it arrives in the UK (but that's exactly what I know will happen).

Which one do you think I should choose?

guitar.... guitar hero can be fun, but once you beat it you're done....

get a guitar and learn to actually play!  yeah, it will be tough, but once you get past the first few months it'll be a lot of fun and you can get some friends to play with and learn whatever song you want-- and not be stuck to what guitar hero offers.

Play with Guitar Hero and get a guitar to play.... Guitars are great fun... Make plenty of noise and star a band up... xx

why don't you pick one of the choices ( the more expensive one) then save up your money and buy the less expensive one yourself

i would get a guitar because you can always play guitar hero over someone else's house or borrow it from a friend when it comes out
