Guys bedroom advice ?

Hey my cousin was wondering if this colors for his bedroom aren't to girly:

A red ceiling, 2 white walls, 1 black wall, 1 zebra striped wall

Over time the zebra stripes will drive him crazy.  Those stripes begin to strobe, even when seen only out of the corner of the eyes.

How about a white ceiling, three dark-brick colored walls and one black wall ( NOT the one facing the door).  He can go with the zebra print in a bedspread and a side chair. Put posters on the black wall, and indirect lighting on that wall. (Or black light.)  Dark brick colored heavy draperies. Simple ebony furniture.

This sounds masculine.

well my best friend was thinking of having a similar colour scheme room , especially with the zebra striped walls ,

and she is a girl.

But tbh i would class these colours to be more on the boys side as they a very bold and hard colours , which mainly reflects off a boy , rather than a girl ,

so no the colours for his bedroom are not to girly :) x

No, that's a masculine scheme. I'd think twice about the black wall, though, unless he's going to do some large posters or artwork on it.
