Hi frd, can anybody tell me that , my frd he is going for H1b USA visa interview in embassy , so interviewer will check (previous employer ) the reference if yes so how they will check the references. my frd he is providing phone number & email address to embassy people. please if any body no about anything reply as soon as ..

There is no way to say in advance whether the consular officer will check your friend's references.  It will depend on what he says during the interview, and how convincing he is as the highly-trained professional that he should be as an H1.

They will probably go over the application and the job, the requirements of the job and qualifications etc and general questions, as long as you answer truthfully and in full you should have no real issues about gaining the visa.
