  1. Cancelled Without Prejudice

A stamp an embassy or consulate puts on a visa when there is a mistake in the visa or the visa is a duplicate visa (two of the same kind).  It does not affect the validity of other visas in the passport.  It does not mean that the passport holder will not get another visa.

  2. It simply means that for whatever reason, the visa is no longer valid, but the lack of a valid visa is not something to be used against the holder in terms of applying for a future visa.

  3. That means that you're going back to your own country very, very soon. See you later alligator!

  4. Its a stamp they put on the older visa or an expired US visa when you have a newer type of U.S visa issued.

Also if you change your status from a student visa to a h1b visa in that case your student visa will have a cancelled without prejudice stamp as its a different type of visa and also a expired visa, as now you have a different category of U.S visa with you, the other or older U.S visa that you had or have will be canceled automatically and hence the consulate normally puts a canceled without prejudice stamp on your former or older copy of US Visa.
