HDMI to RCA?

I have a tv that only has rca inputs and a dvd surround system that only has video out by rca so you cannot include your television speakers in the surround sound. It does have HDMI out which is audio and video and I would like to know if there are any HDMI to Rca adaptors so that I can include my television speakers in the surround sound.

yeah that adapter does not exist. because hdmi is a much higher quality then rca and to do an adapter it would defeat the purpose of having the hdmi plug. I know, you would think that they should make it cause sometimes you need it, but as of now they do not.
