HELLLPPP!! Baby birds!?

Question

Hmm well where should i start i have two baby birds in my back yard the mother built a nest in my clothes line poles and well i have three dogs that use the bathroom out there anyways i noticed the baby birds on the ground i think the are trying to learn how to fly but they have been stuck in the same place for awhile and im making my dogs hold it!! I dont want to touch them with my hands but i dont know what else to do can you please help me with any suggestions

Contrary to popular belief, birds can not smell very well, so touching them isn't the problem. If they are trying to learn how to fly, then the mother is nearby and I wouldn't suggest trying to move them unless you'd like to create another "The Birds" movie. Probably contact local animal control and ask their advice.

You either need to keep the dogs out of that area until the birds leave...or you can pick up the baby birds and place them in a tree or scrub..or somewhere off the ground where they will be relatively safe from your dogs.  You will probably have to check your yard each time before letting your dogs out for any stray chicks hopping around.
