Its my birthday tommrow and i still havent decided what to do. the plan was to go shopping me and my best friend, Get our nails done, party, ice skating and then sleepover over but my parents are being MONGS and won't pay. so i don't have any money can anyone think of something really fun to do that doesn't cost anymore than £20 for 2 people and is a kind of all day thing anything would be nice and reply fast.......................

im pretty sure iceskating and sleepovers dont cost more than 20 quid

get anail kit  and a face mask etc and a dvd and do your own nails and puit on a face mask and watch ur dvd then have ur sleepover and have fun
