HELP!!!!!! MY IPOD DEleate dmy songs??!!?

Question

For no reason at all the songs on my ipod were erased! This is the message it keeps giving me.

"Songs on Ipod cannot be synced because all of the play lists selected for syncing no longer exsist." - WTF???

Pleas help me I have school tomarow and my new music has been the only thing keeping me in order. Thank you so much for your help

Reset it (Push and hold Menu and middle button) until it resets (the screen will go blank and the apple logo will appear.)

Then try to sync it (plug it) into the computer again.

If that doesn't work. Re-install iTunes and try it again.
