first take a black eyeliner, or a brown. i perfer brown, black is too harsh. but whatever color you want. its your choice. then take it and line the inside of your top lid but stop a little bit before you hit your inner corner. this helps give an illusion that your eyelashes are fuller . and if you look closly in the pic, she has no eyeliner in the inside corner so dont line there. then line the top lid the same way, and stop a little bit before you hit the inner corner. then, for the mascara, what i recommened is a mascara by Too Faced called Lash Injection.

its a bit expensive, but on makeupalley it has ALOT of good reviews. and i garuntee you that that is what shes using. in the new Allure magazine, audrina patridge, whos lashes always look fab, said in a interview about how she does her eyemakeup, and she uses that. so that'll show you what it will basicly look like. and before you do your mascara, take an eyelash curler and put it under the hair dryer for 5 seconds and put it as close to your lash line as possible, and after that, the heat will make you lashes lifted like in the pic. i do that trick and it works AWESOME. then take your mascara wand and place the wand at the base of the eyelashes. Apply mascara with back-and-forth sawing motion. The bristles of the wand will seperate your lashes. This way, you'll get mascara on each individual lash, instead of clumping five eyelashes together and with that mascara i showed you it'll make them full and pretty like in the pic! and for the bottom part of the eye, take your black eyeliner and line your eye AS CLOSE TO THE LASH LINE AS POSSIBLE. thats what it looks like in the pic, and stop about halfway in the middle of your eyeball. and put mascara on the bottom lashes. but i would use the lash injection cuz that'll make it messy and raconned lookin'. or you could just take a tissue and wipe of the access mascara so that theirs not that much product that will be on your bottom lashes. or, maybe your old mascara. like a no clump one.

well first of all the picture looks edited.

and it looks like fake eyelashes.

but what i do that makes my eye lashes look really long is curl them before i put on mascara. put on Cover Girl Lash Blast and then take a brush from an old mascara and make sure it's washed then comb my lashes.

it makes them look super long. & my eye lashes are soo short.
