HELP!!! Question on bettatalk.com???

i went on bettatalk.com and i want to order a betta from there. it says i need a reference #? what the heck is that? please tell me? and if you order from bettatalk.com...can you please tell me the reference number for a white halfmoon betta???

isnt that a betta fourm? post a question on there and ask them what it is...theyd probly hav a better idea lol.

Did you check to see if that might be the id # for that type of Betta?  It is probably some kind of id for that Betta.

DO NOT order from bettatalk! Seriously! Take it from someone who is experienced when it comes to bettas, betta breeding, and spotting quality bettas. Bettas from that site are absolute c**p! And overpriced. Disgustingly overpriced!

She mass breeds insanely poor quality bettas. NO reputable breeder would sell their fish without pictures of each individual betta. She whines about not having time, some excuse. All reputable breeders will show you a picture of each individual male and female. Trust me, she is bad news. And NO responsible breeder does that thing with making YOU send the box back! Those boxes are simple boxes lined with 1 inch of styrofoam. They are cheap and easy to make. In addition to overcharging on actual bettas, she overcharges on shipping! It costs 21$ to express ship four bettas. No lie. I've done it, that is athe actual cost.

More reasons why she is a scam artist. She makes a person PAY to get advise from her! No quality breeder would do that. If you needed information, they would provide you it, or point you to a place, such as an excellent forum, that can help you. They DON'T make you wire them money, call you, ask you a bunch of questions, and then regurgitate some information. High chance it will be wrong, and unless you knew better, would have to contact her again and fork over MORE money.

Please, do not buy from Faith of bettatalk! She is trouble, and you will only be getting scammed!

A place to buy quality bettas from responsible breeders is on a place called aquabid. You can see each and every fish, not some 'stock photo' of what the fish /might/ look at! You can critique color, body shape, fins, etc. and choose a quality fish. And for MUCH less money! For the money it would take to buy and ship ONE pair of bettatalk's fish to me...I could buy 8 pairs of fish from Thailand, import costs and all! Importing is as easy as pie, too. And none of that c**p that Faith has to offer.

I checked but couldn't find the specific fish you were looking at/for.  I think the reference number would be the number in the column to the left of the fish pic and description.  At $60+ per order, I hope you know what you're doing.
