HELP rearranging furniture!?

My room is small, and shaped exactly like a square. It's about 10 feet by 10 feet from wall to wall. I have 4 main pieces of furniture in my room. One piece of the furniture, (my nightstand) is optional. The T.V. stand CANNOT be moved. My Desk is in my closet. I need all the space used to it's maximum. I want to reduce clutter as well. My bed is a futon. So extra room is needed for when I fold it down to sleep. Click the link for an image of my room.

First, go through your room and eliminate everything...clothes, books, stuffed animals, etc...that you don't need or want or wear or read or ..or..or anymore.  Goodwill would love to have them.

Next, see what's left and how it can be stored.  Shelves are easy to install, and you can get underbed bins for things that can be stored there.
