HELP with cradling in lacrosse!?

is cradling spinning the stick a full 360 degrees? or is it spinning it upside-down and back the same way?

it is a slight rocking motion . players who cradle 360 degrees are known as stick twilers . they dont play long . 90 degrees max . practice with left hand on stick . 10 pound  weight in mesh . then use right hand . even do this watching tv .
