HELPPPPP with banking?

I am trying to buy something online but its not working!!! I have a teen checking card and recently I cant buy anything online. The last time I bought something online was on friday and that was membership for runescape and it worked. Now recently its rejecting me. I tried skype and abc store and its rejecting me. I have more than enough money in my account too. Whats going on????
