HOOKAH BAR! BRUSSELS??

myself and a few friends are dying to know where there is a hookah/shisha/nargile bar in brussels,belgium . . . no one has been able to tell me the name of any or where exactly one is

Seems to me that you are h**l bend on "Discover all you can about smoking" whether it's cigarettes or shishas.

I completed my answer by writing on "comment" --> the name of this place on the Chaussée de Charleroi is simply  "Shisha Bar".

There are also some shisha bars/tearooms - the real thing as they are Maroccan - in downtown Brussels, near the Rue Dansaert - opposite the stock exchange building = la Bourse -

and

on the Rue du Midi - between the Place Rouppe and the big round-about where you have the huge open Sunday market at the Gare du Midi -.

Just ask around, people will be able to direct you to them.

Near the Gare du Midi ( South Train Station) it is not always very safe late at night though.
