HOOTERS hostess?

how much do they get paid in MI ? any experiences? do they get tips? please answers would be nice

I know they get paid more than waitresses because they won't make as many tips, but I believe the one near where I live does some kind of tipshare where each waitress has to give a certain percent of tips to the hostess('s) at the end of each night. I'm not sure if you get cash or you get it at the end of the week though, because some places do it weekly. Hope you find the answer you're looking for. Good luck!
