I'M TIRED OF BEIGHING SKINNY I WAY 140 POUNDS AND I WOULD LIKE TO GAIN AT LEAST 20 PUNDS

  1. Wow, I wish I was in your position.  I am the exact opposite, I need to loss weight.

    However, you should try to gain the right type of weight, meaning muscle mass, not just fat.  You can do this by regular and intensive muscle building exercises  (at least 3 times a week).  Some examples include crunches, pull ups, squats, weight lifting (this includes machines too), and other exercises like that will help you.

    I also suggest that you get purchase some whey protein mix and drink it regular, especially after a  workout.  This supplements your hard work and allows you to build muscle mass faster.
