first step, get into their fan club!! then you can enter contests and stuff to win meet and greets to at their concerts.

Here is how you can meet the jonas brothers

1: Go to rock the road for cheavy -if you have a concert comming up you can make a poster ( rules are on there website) and you can win meet and greet passes!

2: Local radio station

3: Message them on myspace, youtube, facebook,etc.

4: Other web sites have contest also for meet and greets.
