  1. 34 states permit executions.

See the source below for more information.

  2. Certainly not enough.

  3. 34 out of 50 states

  4. I think they all have them... Only a few actually use them

    Go TEXAS!!!

  5. Not enough.  My life has been altered by a sick murderer who slashed the throat of a past girlfriend...then left her to bleed to death as she pleaded with him to call 911...raped her corpse and then bagged her nude body and dropped it off in a vacant field.  The police caught him because his brother reported him...and he was sick enough to have had a tatoo of a tombstone on his arm with her initials under R.I.P.  He admitted guilt and told his story.

He did this two weeks after being released from prison on another incident he was guilty of, and slashed his stepmother a week after her murder.  The stepmother survived, but it was this that caused the brother to tell....

The state of Texas put him to death a year later....

    An eye for an eye!
