HP ALL IN ONE OFFICEJET

HP ALL IN ONE OFFICEJET 5510 ALL IN ONE. I WAS PRINTING THEN IT JUST STOPPED. I TRYED SHUTTING DOWN, TURNING ON REPLUGING, SHUT COMPUTER STARTED AGAIN. WILL NOT TURN ON.
