HP Deskjet 830c

Question

My printer jammed and then it needed to be "reset" and all I remember from the last time this happened was that you had to do some sort of code by pressing the 2 buttons on the front of the printer. Until I can figure out this code thing it is going to keep spitting out slews and slews of paper that it is printing chinese on. (the first line)
pls help b/f my husband launches it across the room.
