HP a6500f new power supply help?

I just recieved my new HP a6500f today and naturally I need to upgrade it. I was looking into the Geforce 8600GT for a graphics card and realized that I would need a new power supply, but I wasn't quite sure what would and wouldn't fit, and I was looking at the Ultra LS350 Lifetime Series 350W Power Supply - ATX, SATA-Ready, PCI-Express, but wasn't sure if that would fit, so it would be a great help if someone could confirm that this would fit or recomend another 350w+ PSU.

most power supply's are the same size there's micro atx and atx your computer is full size so if the power supply is located horizontally and it takes up the whole top area then it its atx more than likely yes it will fit price is cheap and  although I have never used the brand reviews are good i say go for it
