HP710c printer will print only

Question

HP710c printer will print only yellow and black. Have changed colour cartridge, have cleaned contacts on cartridges and cartridge cradle, but this doesn't solve the problem. Have tried printing from several different applications. Is there anything else I should try or do I just but another printer?
