  1. Heat is one of the worst things to do to your hair. If you want to stop it from being frizzy you need to stop murdering it with an iron and blow drier.

My sister repeatedly dyed her hair in high school and it ended up being frizzy for years. She never took care of her hair and it wasn't until after graduation that she took the time to fix it up. Her graduation picture has her hair sticking out at the sides like Emmet Brown from Back to the Future.

Reconstructing shampoo and towel drying are your best bet. Your hair will look kind of bad for a while but in the end you'll be better off.

  2. Don't straighten/blow dry it! It will ruin your hair, take it from me.

Just use some product or decent shampoo or something to keep the frizz under control, and jet it cut into some style that works with the curls. If you most, blow-dry your bangs every few mornings. Work with what you've got, it'll be so much easier and it will suit you more.

  3. I think fix your hair the way that makes you feel comfy and s**y! or just try different styles and see which one is a keeper! good luck! and the bangs sound good!

  4. go to the salon

  5. ironing and straightening will ruin your hair, even if you give it breaks on weekends. Use a deep-conditioning shampoo and conditioner. Use an everyday moisturizer... try herbal essences "none of your frizzness" leave in creme. These should get rid of the frizz, and make your curls look beautiful!

  6. Get a chemical relaxing kit. [Available at Wal-Mart.]  Then just straighten it. At the most, straightening it permanently takes about an hour, and it lasts for a couple months. (depending on how rapidly your hair grows.) You'll only have to do touch ups with the straightener as well. (: If you get a good kit, it should be salon-worthy, and will look pretty naturally straight. Hope it helps. (:

  7. When I got my straightener, it was like death sentence for my hair. This summer I gave it vacation. Just straighten it every now and then. Now my hair is healthy :]
