Hair streaker for daughter?

my daughter who will be 10 next week wants a hair streaker for her birthday..You do it yourself and it puts colors in your hair..where can i get that?

Check with her school first -- our school district does not allow any fanciful hair colors...even one or two streaks of color and you're sent home until it is removed or corrected.

yes get it for her I bought one for my daughters and they love it. I let them do it on weekends and when they are going to parties. You can find them at walmart.
