Hair style problem.?

Question

well i have kind of oval face with broad features...usually i straighten up my hair and they look good....one problem is that when i want to keep my hair away from my forehead they dont stay back and just above my forehead near my head, i have small hairs they don't look good at all,they are kind of frizzy small hair...i don't wanna thread my forehead so tell how can they look better and how can i make my forehead clear and achieve these kind of styles.....

please i really need help .i wanna have such kind of style but my forehead does not seem clear with those baby hair..
