Hairbraiding laws in KS/MO??

Question

im in nebraska now and to braid hair in a shop i would have to get my cosmetology license (2100 hours here). im thinking about relocation to kansas city, missouri..but i could work in kansas that way too..so i was wondering if anybody knew about braider licenses in either state?? i found one that said kansas was exempt from any training but missouri you need a cosmo license..i dont know if it was a reliable site tho. and/or could somebody tell me who to get a hold of to find out?

YOu have to have a license to braid hair, a hairstylist or cosmo unlessyou are doing itfor free
