  1. first of all, obviously don't go swimming. lol

don't drive. if you do other drugs, make sure it is only weed. no alcohol until you know how acid will effect you. try to avoid crowds until you know how the acid will effect you.

the main thing is to have some plans like going to the park or walking somewhere with interesting things to look at. maybe a public cemetary. :) maybe an art museum...visually stimulating things with less people, at least until you know how it will effect you.

sorry to sound so redundant, but once again, the main thing is to see how you feel on it and then go from there. some people can't stand large crowds like malls on hallucinogens, some people prefer it.

good luck, be safe and i wish you a productive wonderful journey!

  2. o my god, lying on the ground and staring at clouds is soooo funny, listening to music is also thrilling! You will actually SEE the music. Gosh, make sure though you have a sitter present, really, I mean it! It can be very dangerous, coz you don't really know what you're doing...

    (Have fun though)

Okay the usual: drugs are bad for you, bla bla

    lucas

  3. not doing it at all

    listen kid,

if you like it youre gunna do it again, and youre gunna get hooked on it

and if you like it and you dont do it again its gunna suck

and if you dont like it its gunna be a bad trip

ive stated all 3 outcomes to the acid experiance

    all three are bad

    so...

    whats the point?

    smoke pot or drink,

    dont do hard ****

  4. I did acid too many times to count in my youth, at least > 50 times. For a first time you should be careful.  Depending on the amount of micrograms you take, the drug can last up to 14 hours.  The place you take it should be both familiar and feel safe.  The reason is that it is very easy for someone to FREAK OUT and have a bad trip.  Also consider the source of the drug, because LSD is a street drug and unless you know the manufacturer you may not get what you think your getting.  Make sure you get it from as reliable a source as possible.  Additionally, if you have a bad trip, you could be  a real danger to yourself or others.  For example, people on acid have  run in front of cars when trying to get away from the tree that was chasing them.  Others have jumped off rooftops because they thought they could fly.  You could also be susceptible to having bad flashbacks for years after a bad trip.  That can happen just from trying the drug one time!  It is a very, very powerful drug.  It is  NOT ADDICTIVE, however if you’re one of the unlucky ones, it could have lasting bad effects.

I’m assuming you’re going to do it no matter what, so if this is the case make sure that your companion is someone you trust.  For example if it is a friend you’ve had for a long time you are probably ok.  If it is a new friend of the opposite s*x really examine their motives.  It could enhance the s*x drive and remove all inhibitions.  So if it is a girlfriend, or boyfriend you may end up having s*x.

Acid will magnify who you are, both good and bad, so any insecurities that you have will be magnified.  As for wanting the trip to be spectacular you could be in the boring plains of Kansas and have an extraordinary trip!  It unleashes your imagination and so the experience is not dictated by where you are but by who you are.  You will probably see rainbow trails that follow everything that moves, there will be beautiful colors, walls may breath and there may be rich patterns and colors all around you.  Literally, it’s like being in a cartoon like world.  Inanimate objects may come to life.  Many people say it is a spiritual experience, where you bond with the universe and feel at one with God.  It could make you feel free and full of love for everything and everyone.  This is why in the 60’s the area called  Haight-Ashbury  in San Francisco was so famous.  Hippies were spreading the ideas of free love, and many a young searcher tried to find themselves there, unfortunately many were lost there too.  For many tripping can be a real h**l!  People you know get distorted by your imagination and become monsters or worse.  You could be easily influenced by strangers who mean you harm, then be taken advantage of robbed, etc.

If you are a strong, easy going person then you may be ok.  If you or your friend are weak, depressive, emotional, unreasonable, easily mislead,  then be ready to literally need or be needed as a babysitter.   Having someone level headed around to help can be a real benefit if things start to get too crazy.  If people are mean to you when you are high then the whole world becomes a very ugly place.  Conversely, if you are safe, happy, and secure you could be in for the ride of your life.

I once came home to find a person throwing things outside their window on the second floor of an apartment.  The guy was 20ish and completely freaked out.  I went to talk to him from below his window and immediately recognized he was having a bad trip he was not making any sense.  After talking to him I found out he had his juice spiked with acid by someone who wanted to get rid of him – that is another story however.  Anyway, he was really freaked and I worked hard to calm him down.  I went up to his apartment to help him further.  He felt unsafe in his location, and rightfully so.  This had been done to him on purpose, in his own home.  He felt all alone.  He was a danger to himself and because he kept getting so negative he would slip back into a bad trip.  I could not babysit him for the next 12-14 hours, so I had to take him to the hospital.  I drove, holding his hand the whole way and reassuring him over and over that everything was going to be ok.  At the hospital he freaked out  and had to be handcuffed.  He was so untrusting of everyone except me and kept wanting to fight with the staff.  It was sad to see him so freaked out, and feeling so alone.  He was so helpless, and needy and dependent on me, but I couldn’t babysit him any longer.

A week or so later I met him again when he came to get his stuff from his apartment.  He thanked me profusely for helping him in his hour of need.  It could have ended badly.  I’d do it again, for anyone.

Another time I was at the movies,  a teen had dropped some acid and went to see a scary movie and really went nuts.  He was so freaked out the police and paramedics were called.  That just made him freak out more.  He was screaming at the top of his l
