Hallway divider?

Question

I just rented an apartment and it happens that the door into the bathroom is in the hallway and can be seen from the living room area. This means you cant go into the bathroom without people seeing you from the living room. Any idea of putting a non structural barrier in the hallway as I can alter the building

can you see through the bathroom door? If not I don't understand what the problem is. if you can, would a curtain on the inside of the door not work.

you can use old shutters that are big. s***w them together with the right attachments and they'll move in different directions so you can use them diagonally or in a weave pattern/
