Hamsters or Bunnies?

Are Hamsters better the Bunnies?

I prefer bunnies, because I used to have two. Although it depends what you are looking for.

They are both fun, and adorable, but require care and attention.

bunnies are social. most hamsters are not. if you get a dwarf, they have to be from the same litter and living together already. if you want more than one, get the rabbit. if you put more than one syrian hamster (teddy bear, honey bear, black bear, fancy, golden, etc) they will fight to the death for dominance.

well they are easier to take care of, smaller, less stinky, and quieter, but on the other hand they are less friendly, sleep more, and prefer to be alone. it depends what you want if you want a snuggly sit in your lap kind of animal you want a rabbit, but hamsters are more active, but they still prefer not to be held

bunnies live longer & are more energetic. but they need a lot of space to move. Hamsters are nocturnal & they live up to 5 yrs.they also can escape & get under hard to reach places... if really healthy. it depends on what kind of place u live & what type u like.

Well in my opinion, both are so adorable. It really depends on what you enjoy best. Both can be energetic. If you want a bigger pet, who is bit more playful and needs more responsibility, you would be better off getting a rabbit. If you want a smaller pocket pet, who is a little more calm, and needs a bit less responsibility, you would probably want to get a hamster. I really hope this helps you alot!

Bunnies are better because they are very smart, very sophisticated and loving, they love to play, and they enjoy relaxing and laying down. On the other hand, they like to chew on the carpet and p**p, so all you need to do is find the perfect chew toy, and get them potty trained ( I prefer putting potty pads on the spots where they have done their business because the scent from it lets them know where they want to do their stuff).

I think bunnies are better and smarter, they can and like to play with cat toys and they can be train to use a cat box too

well. usually yes. only because they last longer. bunnies are usually scared easily and constantly die from just being "afraid"

such as these 2 bunnies i once had BOTH died from heart attacks.

it was only cuz they got scared. they are very figity.

BUT hamsters are sometimes hard to keep and clean after.

be careful not to let them loose.

65% of hamsters that are lost are usually never found;or found dead

they are very cute animals that you can get very close to.

but each animal both do not last very long

i would still say get a hamster

but bunnies are very cute

bunies are way more cuter so trust me i had alot of bunnies u can find then they are not like hamsters small they will get lost.

totally get a bunny all a hamsters mission in life is to pee and bite u. I have a bunny she is so sweet she is even potty trained and when she is running in our house for exercise she even goes back into her playpen to go. and she watches tv with me and licks me and gives me kisses. she sometimes jumps on the couch and played with me. she is my pal get a bunny.

It depends. Rabbits are so cute and make great pets, but hamsters do as well and are also cute!

But if you like rodents, hamsters are for you!

well from my experience i say neither unless you have alot of patience and time on your hands.

They are both extremely cute BUT...

Bunnies scratch alot and run away from you alot, they bite and they p**p alot and you will end up with p**p in places not even near the actual animal

and

Hamsters bite alot and they get tumors and sick very quickly and its kind of sad to watch, plus they are extreely smart and escape from all types of cages..i had a tank and cage and somehow they would always get out
