Hamstring question???

i think i might have either pulled, strained or torn my muscle in my hamstring because first off its been bothering me for about 2 weeks, so last week i took it easy because i wanted it to be better for soccer which started yesterday but it wasnt better and soccer made it worse, when i came home i couldn't walk because i get pains in my hamstrings, and walking up stairs was horriblee. Do you guys think i tore it, or is it just a pulled muscle, also how do i make it better liike ice or medicine because i have soccer again today and i really need to goo.

  1. you definitely injured it.You need to see a doctor to find out what type of injury you have if your in pain and an injury is there playing soccer will make it worse (i know you really want to but doing so could cause more injury !) Get it checked out you can even try an urgent care center there is  no apt necessary and they can shed light on your injury ma bey even give you some antinflamtories good luck and be safe
