Kno of anyy things that have two devices which can send messages to one another for free and that works up to a 300 mile distance?

  2. The Sony Mylo 2 has AIM and other messenger clients, so if you both have one, WITH wifi. You can chat for free.

    But no, there are no devices where you can send texts to each other for free; otherwise, no one would buy text messaging plans for cell phones. :]
