What is the criteria for hand luggage leaving from dublin ariport.. Can i bring a bottle of water?.. I hear it's gotten really strict! My friend couldn't bring a bottle of sun lotion on with her..

Sun lotion, and anything in bottles larger than 100mls should be packed in your main luggage. Its not worth trying to take bottled water through security, as it will just be confiscated. You will have to buy water or any other drinks 'airside' when you have passed through security.

Liquids pastes and gels are limited in hand luggage to max 100ml containers each. All your liquids have to be placed in a see through plastic, resealable bag and presented separately at security check. You'll get the bags at the security queue.  You can buy bottled water after the security check, but I don't think you are allowed to take it out of the packaging until you get on the plane.

you need to pack lotion in suitcase  -  in england   you cannot take anything over 100 ml in hand luggage

this includes water etc etc.....best bet is to wait until you get airside then buy a bottle.....

you can't take it past security, you have to buy it once you get past security, in the waiting lounges, whatever you buy past security control you can take on the plane, such as duty free, drinks etc...

Anything under 100ml and as many under 100ml bottles as you can fit in your clear quartz size bag. Anser my questions please

Once your through security you can buy stuff from the shops in the airport to take on the plane with you. You won't get through security with it though
