Happy with current realestate crash?

Cause I don't own a home yet. I am just waiting for home prices to drop further to a level 10 years ago & then I'll buy one.

Hate to break it to you beans, but interest rates are going to climb to combat inflation.  So unless you are going to pay cash, any further downside will be negated by the cost of borrowed money.

Yeah buy a couple of them and sell em off in a few years in the mean time rent them out to all those people that cant get home loans anymore.

The problem is just getting worse with all the building that they are doing.  It is not helping anyone.

You must be a republican, because that is a good answer, most people complain when the price of homes goes up, and they complain when the price goes down.

The mortgage crisis is not a crisis, it is a market correction, the fact is 98% of all home mortgages are still being paid on time.
