Hard Drive wont open

Question

My (D) drive on my computer (we have 2 storage drives (C) & (D)) wont open. when i click to open or explore it i get the message "open with..." and a list of programs. we have recently had a virus on our comp and i just did another scan and got another two infected file which are now in the "chest" as avast calls it. it is only (D) drive which wont open but there is a new CD drive (I) which isn't normaly there.
