Has Cameron Louisiana been rebuilt?

Question

After hurricanes Rita and Katrina, does anyone know if Cameron Louisiana has been rebuilt and what businesses are open? Can a person still drive/travel through the area? Is the ferry still in operation?

I drove through Cameron about a year ago and there was still a lot of destruction. Businesses were open, but not all had reopened.  The ferry was operating.
