  1. Cro Cop has left the UFC for DREAM in Japan.

He plans on returning to the UFC at some time.

  2. I am not sure when Matt Huges lost against GSP he said he was retireing and then now he is fighting!

  3. No, Cro Cop went to DREAM after getting two loses in a row in the UFC.  He said he wants to return to the UFC someday though (maybe by the end of the year).  And by the way, Matt Hughes never said he was retiring, just contemplating what he was going to do with his career.

  4. Has he bollocks. Cro Cop's next fight will be against Jerome Le Banner in DREAM.4, June 15, 2008

  5. Left for DREAM and was to fight LeBanner but I believe he now has an injury from overstretching one of his legs so I think the fight is off for now.  Still fighting though.

  6. Nope. He still fights but I can't remember which organization he competes for. When I find out I'll put in an edit.

EDIT Looks like he fights for DREAM. Good too. He needs to find himself and at a lesser organization hopefully he can do just that, and come back and compete in the UFC.

  7. Nah he's fighting in DREAM for a while to gather himself.  I hate what happened to him, the cage transition and elbows made his fight with Gonzaga horrible.  Then he couldn't see from the elbows which allowed Gonzaga to head kick him.  Afterwards he wasn't the same, as if he was afraid of Kongo fearing of the knockout blow...  Look at Wandy Silva, after Cro Cop's head kick, he just isn't as vicious or sharp.  I hope Cro Cop regains himself soon and returns back to UFC to show that he is a top heavyweight in the world.
