Has GM abandoned the HyWire/Sequel?

Question

I remember being awed by the vehicle design. Has it been scratched in favour of development of the Volt? ...brought into the Volt's fold?

They were just a straight concept car. They had no intentions of being produced. Hydrogen cars are about 10-15 years away anyways. There is no infrastructure for fueling them.
